Syd Sayyah
Syd was born and raised in Denver. She grew up skateboarding and the punk music scene. Syd was introduced to traditional tattooing in high school, and since then loved nothing more.
Syd has been painting flash since the age of 16, and began her apprenticeship at Tribe Tattoo straight out of high school.
Before becoming a professional tattooer, Syd spent her time working on cars and was the one of the only female mechanics at the shop. It was there that Syd learned about tenacity and hard work, and grew an appreciation for classic cars, motorcycles and classic music.
The history and imagery of tattooing is something truly special to Syd. She lives and breathes for tattooing, and is excited and honored to continue to keep the creative wheel spinning.
